HMT is looking for a Field Superintendent who is responsible for ensuring that jobs in the field are performed efficiently, safely, and in a quality manner. The Field Superintendent is the primary contact for Field Foreman and will direct the Field Foreman as needed regarding site related activities. The Field Superintendent will work with the Operations Managers and the Project Managers to achieve these goals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk, stoop, kneel, climb, carry, pushing/pulling and use repetitive wrist and hand movements. The employee may be required to lift and/or move objects of up to 50 pounds. Hearing and seeing ability of rapid mental coordination. It is required to be mentally alert for the entirety of shift.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position may work in various locations within the U.S. Some locations may be subject to extreme temperatures, working in high places, etc. Potential for exposure to temperature changes, wetness, confined spaces, fumes/odors, working with ladder/scaffolds, working with pressurized equipment, high places, hazardous materials, and working alone. HMT will supply adequate training and equipment to meet the functions of the job.
