Responsibilities:

· Deploys staff and resources to maximize profitability within the restaurant and accepts P&L responsibility

· Provides team with consistent support, coaching and encouragement to achieve business goals

· Recognizes associates for their contributions and performance and develops/implements plans that will motivate the team

Qualifications:

· 3 years of P&L management experience in the restaurant industry, with 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience.

· Graduation from a Food Service Management program is preferred.
