•Review menus prior to preparation of food
•Process diet changes.
•Prepare and serve meals.

•Ensure that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior food service experience is required
- Self-starter, dependable and demonstrate not only outstanding customer service
- ServSafe Certification is preferred
- Must possess at least one year's experience in a health related or food service facility, preferably in a long term care setting
