HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Senior International Sales Manager, we would love to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing an appropriate HSC sales strategy outside of the United States, including the growth of existing partnerships, exploration and identification of new partnerships to maximize sales and profitability.

What you will do in the position:

  • Define, execute and effectively communicate the HSC sales strategy and operation plans
  • Deliver top line sales growth through new and existing partnerships and sales strategies
  • Develop the breadth and depth of sales within existing and future markets
  • Identify new commercial opportunities to increase revenues in the global market
  • Understand HSC product category landscapes and industry trends that influence them
  • Report on macro geo-economic and geo-political forces that impact tactical results & take appropriate action
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with our Distributors and internal teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and maximize sales performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice
  • Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations
  • Negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations (SRM)
  • Maximize company profit, set and deliver forecast, and achieve annual sales targets
  • Lead motivate and develop international sales team Distributor partners to create a customer centric high performing team
  • Set review and provide feedback and hold Distributors accountable on expectations for sales results as well as skills and technical ability in line with the company goals
  • Communicate regular updates on key performance indicators to business-wide stakeholder
  • Work with the HSC leadership team to bring our business purpose & vision to fruition by developing & delivering our plans
  • Role model the HSC values with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, landscape
  • Form sales strategies to stay competitive and innovative
  • Identify valuable emerging markets
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace
  • Analyze data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales, design and marketing teams providing key business insights: (incl. customer segmentation, Trends, Target Account and Market Segmentation.

What you will need to succeed in this position:

  • Degree qualified preferred in Business or Marketing. BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field. MBA highly preferred.
  • Formal sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Minimum one foreign language in addition to English, Spanish preferred.
  • Negotiation skills qualification.
  • Solid demonstrable track record in international sales; direct selling and partner management.
  • Proven commercial growth in current and previous roles with the ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, backed by a thorough understanding of international business norms.
  • Natural leader of people with excellent managerial and motivational skills to drive and deliver sales targets.
  • Expert presentation and communications skills.
  • Able to prioritize workload for self and partners in order to maximize profit.
  • Able to take the lead in high value commercial negotiations and/or guide team where necessary.
  • Able to effectively communicate global sales activities to key business stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ability to immediately develop and establish a network of contacts across the industry and around the world.
  • Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans.
  • Experience of multi-channel (Omni channel) Sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of key account management, distributor management and business development.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, possibly internationally.

Pay Range: $104,000.00 to $130,000.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
