Your role as a Customer Service Call Specialist (Inbound Specialist)

As a Customer Service Call Specialist (Inbound Specialist) at HME Specialists, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include answering and distributing incoming telephone calls, as well as accepting inbound calls and personally speaking with customers. You will be responsible for receiving orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance, or changes in service, ensuring that you obtain complete and accurate information for Patient Demographics. Additionally, you will create detailed and easily understood notes in the company system to maintain clear communication.

As part of your duties, you will also assist walk-in customers and de-escalate difficult customer situations, providing a calming and empathetic presence. What you need to be successful
