Construction Division Project Superintendent (CDPS) will provide job site monitoring and evaluation for HME Management projects. CDPS will report to the Senior Project Manager and agrees to comply with and perform the duties and responsibilities as described below. In addition, CDPS may be asked to perform functions not listed below.

CDPS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

• Perform all tasks needed for the construction of HME projects both on new and existing buildings
  • Coordinate with contractors on the job
  • Order and pickup material; submit receipts according to company policy
  • Provide needed cost and time estimates/invoices on certain projects
  • Perform all construction practices in accordance with industry standard and in a safe, professional manner
  • Assist in maintaining project schedule
• Work with and learn from project managers for future responsibilities and opportunities at HME
• Complete detail-oriented site summaries
  • Be proficient at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other construction software tools
  • Aid in tracking and building systems to enhance HME growth

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

• CDPS will be provided a work vehicle for work-related travel.
• CDPS will be expected to travel to job sites as needed.
• CDPS position requires GREAT flexibility. Applicant may be used where the greatest need exists.
