Seeking machinists with mechanical aptitude, keen eye for detail, problem solving and multi-tasking skills and focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines, including but not limited to
  • Makino MAG3.EX, MAG1, MAG3, T2, A88, A92, A77, A55
  • Mazak 815, V1400, VRX730, VRX630, FH6800
  • SNK HPS120B
  • Okuma MA600
  • Grob G552 (newly installed)
• Produce high quality, tight tolerance parts for aircraft
• Interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement
• Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols
• Check that all equipment produced works correctly

Requirements:

• Prior experience preferred
• Familiar with M & G codes
• Proficient using precision measuring tools, GD&T, and shop math
• Must be US citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)
