Hisway LLC is Hiring a Direct Care Worker/Caregiver/DSP Near Boise, ID
Duties:
- Our staff assists participants with daily life and programs in their homes and in the community
- Work together with other direct care staff in the home supporting the participant with a better quality of life
- Assist with formal programs and support the participant to help themselves
- Planning menus, appointments, and organizing a schedule
- As needed, transport the participant to their scheduled activities in the community and keep them safe. All mileage is reimbursed
- Assist with medications and accurately documenting as required
COMPENSATION: $14.50 - $15.50
You receive an additional $1.00 per hour of your hourly rate for the following:

- You pick up a shift outside of your normal scheduled shift
- You work on a Saturday and/or Sunday
- You work in an Intense Home

QUALIFICATIONS:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Location-Boise
