Hisway LLC is Hiring a Developmental Technician (FT) Near Boise, ID
The Developmental Technician supports adults with developmental disabilities in strengthening skills needed to live more independent lives. Under the supervision of a Developmental Specialist, the Technician runs programs, engages participants in fun activities and promotes socialization in the center and community settings. The Developmental Technician also supports individuals during problem behaviors, assisting them with finding more functional communication methods. Most importantly, the Developmental Technician works with their teammates to ensure the safety and well-being of all DDA participants.
