Hispanic Technology Executive Council is Hiring a Senior Program Manager - PMO Key Initiative Advisory and Oversight, VP (HYBRID) Near Tampa, FL

The ICG O&T Organization Program Management Office (OPMO) has oversight of program and project management governance for all ICG O&T functions. The ICG O&T OPMO has an opening for an OPMO Book of Work Advisory and Oversight (BOWAO) Senior Program Manager to execute a wide range of activities related to Book of Work (BoW) Key Initiative governance, monitoring, tracking, and reporting in line with our Organizational PMO Charter and other governance guidelines and procedures. The role requires having and developing deep knowledge of Program Management Frameworks and how they are applied and leveraged within ICG O&T. The candidate will actively interface with ICG O&T Lines of Business (LOBs) and Functional PMO leadership and key stakeholders as well as the broader OPMO team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide governance oversight to the ICG O&T Book of Work Key Initiatives through line of business (LOB) engagement including completing monitoring and reviews as specified in the Organizational PMO Charter, Key Initiative Oversight Procedure, ICG O&T Program and Project Management Procedures, and Citi PM Taxonomy Guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with the ICG O&T Function PMOs, Key Initiative Stakeholders, and Business Unit Managers as needed.
  • Have and/or develop strong understanding of Program Management Frameworks
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc oversight processes including Key Initiative assessments, Key Initiative identification check and challenge, quarterly attestations, and other advisory and oversight processes covering Business Critical Milestone (BCM), RAG and Path to Green analysis across business mandatory, strategic, and regulatory driven initiatives and underlying work efforts.
  • Support ICG O&T Project Management community by providing guidance on queries related to PM procedures, processes, and standards.
  • Meet and liaise with KI Teams and/or Function PMO to provide the latest information on OPMO oversight processes and activities as needed.
  • Monitor PTS escalation events and work closely with Function PMO to close escalations in a timely manner.
  • Support the gathering of information pertaining to recurring reviews performed by the CPMC and/or ad hoc requests.
  • Support OPMO and LOB audits related to program management and governance, as required.
  • Be a thought leader and actively drive Book of Work and Key Initiative Advisory and Oversight process improvement recommendations and implementation.
  • Support Health Check and Spot Check reviews as needed.
  • Support other ICG O&T OPMO functions, processes, tasks, and special projects, as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of work experience in Program/Project Management or PMO role
  • Possess excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, detail, accuracy, trend and root cause analysis and remediation skills.
  • Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts (i.e., Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Project Management tools including PTS 2.0 or other platforms/applications (i.e., Clarity, Primavera, Planview, etc.)
  • MS Office Suite intermediate to advanced proficiency (i.e., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Flexibility and business acumen to navigate complex, highly matrixed organization.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
