- Osmose is seeking self-motivated Crew members to work with wood utility pole inspection and treatment crews. ( NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED ) This position of an Osmose Crew Member requires extensive physical outdoor work, including walking over uneven terrain, digging and lifting up to 65 LBS/Pounds. Working out doors in inclement weather conditions.

- Laced up work boots are the only requirement.

Starting pay-16.00$ to 18.00$ an hour. Plus weekly production bonuses.
Osmose also offers paid on the job training and advancement opportunities.

Excavator. (16$ Per Hour)
Treater.(18$ Per Hour)
Inspector. (20$ Per Hour)
Crew lead.(23$ Per Hour)
foremen.(26$ Per Hour)
