OUR CLIENT

Our client is a cloud technology and digital transformation advisory services company that partners with market-leading technology providers such as salesforce.com, ServiceNow, and Salsify. As a unified team, they help their clients remove the uncertainty and risk in their cloud & digital transformation planning, implementation, integration, and maintenance initiatives. Their team of highly experienced consultants provides everything from executive-level strategic guidance and program planning to cutting-edge technical architecture, implementation, and maintenance expertise.

THE ROLE

Join our client’s team as a Principal Consultant, take the lead on project teams gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implement configurations on Salesforce. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of consulting and project experience implementing Salesforce and other software solutions. This role is vital in growing their team and taking on more projects across more customers. This is truly a key role in looking for someone who can lead engagements with limited oversight and help grow their relationship within those accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Client delivery is paramount

  • Lead teams with multiple consultants on an engagement from Start to Finish, ensuring the quality of work and continued growth

  • Handle Requirements Gathering and Solution Design for Salesforce Implementations to serve a client’s desired goals best and addressing pain points

  • Handle project management planning and execution around for software implementations

  • Perform hands-on work throughout all phases of the project

  • Communicate and report project status to client leadership, including a budget, risks, and general business issues

  • Respond to client needs quickly in a professional manner

  • Business Development

  • Participate in business development with prospective clients, including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, negotiating, and project planning

  • Understand client business process and technology needs in concert with the Salesforce product to create work plans, pricing estimates, and long term program road maps

WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED

  • 4 years of experience working in a business analyst/consulting manager role on projects dealing with Software implementation

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com Platform, and other CRM technology solutions

  • Lead discovery workshops with Client Resources as part of project scoping and also project delivery

  • Proven track record of successful project implementations as the Project Lead

  • Experience with Customers as the primary point of contact

  • Ability to travel an average of 50% (We are not at this number yet, but this is reasonable to assume we could get there shortly)
