9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Compensation : $52, - $55, / annually Location : Bethalto, IL Responsibilities of a Payroll Specialist :

• Maintain the Human Resource database (HRIS) to include payroll and and team member information
• Process and audit payroll
• Accurately complete any data changes such as : salary increases, staffing changes, payroll adjustments, benefit contributions, deductions and incentives
• Create and maintain HRIS data and reporting capabilities
• Manage time off accruals for all employees through the HRIS system
• Assist in producing annual departmental budgets and recommend changes or additions to programs to reflect organizational changes or needs

Experience and Education Requirements of a Payroll Specialist :

• Minimum 2 years related HR experience, with payroll and HRIS system experience
• Two-year college degree OR completion of specialized training / certificate OR job specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
