We are seeking for a Project Manager with prior experience

As a Project managers, you MUST own each project. It is your responsibility to ensure projects are built per plans, specs, scopes, and other owner directives. You are the front line for the company's success and successful project outcomes. You need to lead your team of supers, carpenters, laborers, and subs on a daily basis to ensure successful outcomes.

Project Manager's Responsibilities:

  • Work with owner representatives, municipal inspectors, internal team, and subcontractors to achieve our high standards of quality, communication, and schedule performance on all projects.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and directing all on-site activities concerned with the construction
  • Facilitate investigating damage, accidents, or delays on construction sites to ensure that proper procedures are being met.
  • Financial management which includes budget management, change management, and pay appapprovals. Communicate all back charges via phone and email before submitting to the office.
  • Have weekly meetings with each subcontractor's foreman and review and agree to work activities required to be completed during following week and manpower to be provided.
  • Weekly meeting with client to ensure needs are being met.
  • Assist with ensuring job site remains clean and free of construction debris to ensure safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure OSHA guidelines are being followed.
  • Scheduling and Calendar management

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Proficient with computer software, such as Procore and estimating platforms.
  • Manage the following in Procore: Photos, Daily reports, Submittals, RFI's, Schedules Punchlist, Tasks and Documents.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and stress tolerant.
  • Experience in estimating from both plans and jobsite
  • Five years of construction experience preferred.
  • Other duties as necessary to support the VP as needed.
