Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls from Financial Advisors and their Associates regarding all IRA and qualified plan inquiries within their book of business, and guide the IRS rules and regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world-class service to Financial Advisors.
• Assist in special projects periodically throughout the year as IRS regulations change.
• Utilize various internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues.
• Follow established procedures to process written requests, route processing requests to the appropriate processing teams, and escalate processing inquiries when needed.

• Basic IRA knowledge or 3 years of relevant work experience
• Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer service background
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.

Approx. Duration: 11 months.
