Overview:

In this dual role, you'll champion our integrated healthcare and wellness services within a luxurious community setting, enhancing the quality of life for our residents and clients. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives to enrich caregiver engagement, ensuring our team is supported, diverse, and highly skilled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our continuum of care as a premier healthcare and wellness destination.
• Build and maintain relationships with key community and healthcare stakeholders, including local area hospitals, to increase awareness, referrals, and occupancy.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance, optimizing marketing efforts.
• Implement and manage recruiting strategies, focusing on retaining and promoting a culturally diverse workforce.
• Coordinate the caregiver enrichment programs, including recruitment, retention, and performance evaluation processes.
• Facilitate the resident admission process and promote community relations through active involvement in community services and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in marketing, with a preference for experience in healthcare, wellness, or senior living industries.
• Experience in employee recruiting, training, or career coaching is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation platforms, social media management, and CRM software.
• Knowledge of financial programs and processes for referrals, and employment interview techniques and HR law.
