00-$18.00 / hr depending on experience.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, manage appointments, and perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
