Responsibilities:- Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Plan and perform risk assessments, identify key issues, and develop audit plans
- Conduct testing of internal controls, financial statements, and other audit areas
- Evaluate audit findings and make recommendations for improvements
- Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and issues
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
