Hire Resolve's esteemed client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in conducting and managing audits, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and identifying opportunities for improvement within our organization.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning to completion
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans
- Conduct interviews and gather relevant information
- Review and analyze financial statements, documents, and records
- Evaluate internal controls and identify weaknesses and areas for improvement
- Prepare audit working papers and document findings
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices
- Proven work experience as an auditor or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing audit plans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CIA is a plus
- Salary: $75K/yr - $100K/yr, salary negotiable
