Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Architecture and planning firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Designer in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform architectural assignments, compile data, perform design computations;
• Prepare architectural drawing, execute 'red-lined' revisions and develop details from sketches generated by Project Architects;
• Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents, and ensure integrated design approaches and solutions;
• Assist in construction administration and observe architectural features of projects in construction;
• Perform graphic tasks according to the Page Project Delivery Manual;
• Knowledge of coordination with specifications;
• Understand the implications of building codes and other regulatory requirements;
• Use technology and methodologies to create innovative approaches to building design;
• Champion technical quality of work produced by keeping abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and advances in the industry.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university preferred;
• 3 years of experience;
• Working knowledge of REVIT required;
• Possess a desire to become LEED accredited as well as a Registered Architect.

• Salary: $70K/yr - $100K/yr negotiable
