Our client, a non-profit in Boston, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team Monday-Friday!

Hours: Monday-Friday, Hybrid, 9am-5pm

Location: Travel required throughout Boston

Salary: $75,000-80,000/year

Duration: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and document medical history as it relates to present condition
• Conduct monthly home visits for patients
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and collect patient data
• Evaluate patient's condition and home situation
• Develop nursing care plan
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
• Administer medications and treatments

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Home care experience required
• Valid driver's license
