HR Business Partner Company - Manufacturing Company - Alpharetta, GA

The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance, coaching, and support to drive business performance and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that align with business goals
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Offer guidance and support on a variety of HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders
  • Contribute to the design and execution of talent management initiatives, such as performance evaluations, onboarding, benefits administration, and terminations
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations for HR initiatives
  • Handle HR operations and administration in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
