As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on various metal components using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques.

This is a temporary contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, including gas tanks, torches, and filler rods
• Ensure that all welds meet quality standards and specifications
• Inspect finished welds for defects and make necessary repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in TIG welding
• Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in basic math and measurement skills
• Experience working with a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminum
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
