Hire Connections is recruiting on behalf of our client for two Customer Service Representative roles! If you have a substantial background in customer service, data entry, and software usage, and are ready to provide exceptional service to professionals in the medical field, we encourage you to apply. Ideal candidates will be assertive, detail-oriented, and seasoned in managing complex customer interactions in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process customer purchase orders with precision through an ERP system
  • Assemble order packets and training manuals
  • Address incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and EDI promptly and professionally
  • Process trade show purchase orders and Free Good requests from customers
  • Transfer backorders and compile weekly reports
  • Assist salespeople in the field with any customer-related concerns
  • Cross-reference products to company catalog
  • Undertake additional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a customer service role, with proven track record of success
  • Solid data entry skills and familiarity with different software systems, especially ERP systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain professionalism, especially when dealing with challenging customer interactions
  • Exhibit confidence and assertiveness in communication, particularly with difficult clientele
