RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Manage and organize sales documentation, including contracts, pricing information, and product literature
• Create training materials for the sales division to enhance understanding of the Hospital market and promote sales activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress and improvements in the current system
• Serve as a point of contact for Hospital clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service
• Assist in the coordination of customer meetings, product demonstrations and site visits
• Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Work closely with other departments including marketing, product management and finance to support sales and customer needs
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely and effective communication with customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer management and sales
• Ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
• Korean & English bilingual preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
