Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated, curious and self-starter intern to join Hines Italy’s Marketing & Communications team in Milan. This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of Marketing and Communication while working for a solid international real estate company, leader in the Italian market. The resource will be involved in all aspects of corporate marketing and communication plan, including digital communication, media relations, events, supporting all strategic and executional activities aimed to achieve marketing and communication yearly goals. An increasing focus will be dedicated to ESG roadmap and action plan, aimed to assess, set-up and implement the corporate ESG strategy, in connection with the global guidelines. In addition, the resource will also be in charge of real estate projects with a strong social impact approach, manly focusing on community engagement initiatives, matching tenants and investors needs. Daily activities will include:

• Preparing and updating project presentations and documents
• Conducting trend and market analysis, research on competition
• Coordinating press releases, press clipping, social media activities and campaigns, and internal communication
• Managing external agencies to create brand contents and any other partner and provider engaged to accomplish the task
• Supporting all activities related to the company ESG action plan, coordinating all stakeholders involved and interacting with the different business units
• Managing and updating databases
• Organizing and updating archive including coverage, press releases, presentations and documents in general
• Supporting in daily administrative tasks, including offers and invoices, approval costs process, cost control and budget/forecast update
• Organizing shootings, content creation and video making
• Supporting in community engagement initiatives related to real estate projects, in line with tenants and investors goals and budget

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

• Overall, a metrics-driven marketing mindset with a passion for writing, creative eye for detail and aesthetic sense
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Italian and English, with a strong passion for content creation
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel - knowledge of other tools will be appreciated
• Deep knowledge of social media and familiarity with related analytics
• Lateral thinking with good problem-solving and time-management skills
• Passion for the marketing industry with an innovative and out of the box approach - interest in real estate and hospitality, especially in the sustainability field will be considered a plus
• Reliable and flexible, with a strong accuracy and quality of work
• The preferred candidate has already completed a related University/Masters degree and has at least one internship experience
• Curiosity, especially in tech and culture
• Ability to relate with different stakeholders
