Hilton is Hiring a Senior Group Sales Manager Near Miami, FL

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Complex Senior Sales Manager, Group you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Resorts of the Mexican Pacific Commercial Team reporting to Complex Director of Group Sales, you will be responsible for driving group room nights and related revenues by penetrating and growing your market and territory.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Represent resorts by soliciting, responding to, and collaborating with persons requiring large group accommodations (10 guest rooms per night) with or without meeting space and/or on-site catering, based on the market segment.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Daily Business Review Meetings with the Complex Sales Team and Revenue Management.
  • Weekly One-on-one Calls with the Complex Director of Sales.
  • Occasional interaction with operational department heads.
  • Daily communication with external customers and HWS account managers.

What you will take ownership of: 

  • Individual sales goals for both resorts.
  • Individual KPI's and action plans.
  • Sales proposals and contracts.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of work experience in the Group Incentive Market.
  • Proficient in Delphi, Client, and Account development.
  • Travel up to25% to resorts and client events.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience in the Luxury Segment.
