Hilton Baltimore is searching for a talented Food and Beverage Manager to help lead their food and beverage team!

The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, five blocks from Baltimore's Inner Harbor area and surrounded by downtown dining. Our hotel is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk, and we're a half-mile from Camden MARC Station, linking to the airport. This property has 62,663 total sq. ft. of banquet space, including outdoor multi-function areas and the largest hotel ballroom in Baltimore, overlooking Camden Yards.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with prior food and beverage leadership experience, experience working in a union setting, strong interpersonal skills, and have a genuine passion for all things food and beverage and customer service related. Prior hotel leadership experience is strongly preferred.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounges, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.
