Essential Functions - Interpretation of HR policies and procedures. - Assists with new-employee orientations/onboarding. - Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions. - Prepares job postings. - Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status. - Assists the Coordinator with HR projects/audits. - Assists with benefits administration, reports, personnel action forms etc. - Competencies - Communication. - Critical Evaluation. - Relationship Management. - Ethical Practice. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.
