ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Patrols premises on foot to include guestroom floors, meeting space, back of the house areas, public areas, stairwells, parking ramp, and surface lot.
2. Meets, greets and assists Guests and associates.
3. Writes incident report and nightly shift report.
4. Maintains safety of guests and associates.
5. Protects property and company assets.
6. Witnesses Cash Drops.
7. Assists in other areas when needed.
8. Confirm doors are secured during required times and unlocked as scheduled
9. 3rd shift delivery of amenities as requested by guests and collection of breakfast door hangers and room service trays.
10. Enforces noise ordinance
11. Works with MOD to address situations involving guests and/or associates
12. Valet park guest's cars
13. Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Prior hospitality, guest service and/or security experience preferred.
2. Ability to read/write in English.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. · Must have a valid driver’s license.
