What will I be doing?

As a Sales Tour Guide you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

  • Apply Company presentation products and concepts during discussions with clients while touring property locations
  • Present vacation ownership product information accurately to clients as provided on the approved Company’s fact sheet.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness by using various forms of positive communication (i.

e. email, telephone, and written correspondence).

  • Participate in department meetings for key information on HGV products and related updates.
  • Complete daily education & study hours towards the state real estate coursework curriculum
  • Attend weekly group livestream review sessions, individual progress meetings and complete practice tests with the HGV licensed instructor in preparation for the real estate exam.
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Company core values and policies.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Management based upon business needs.

Qualifications

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members! To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience :

  • Working independently as well as in a team environment to meet performance metrics associated with the position.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Obtain a (state) Real Estate license within 6 months of hire date.
  • Work a flexible work schedule including weekends and some holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions :

  • 2 years of sales experience with the ability to close high-end sales.
  • BA / BS Bachelor’s Degree
