Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an organized self-starter to join our dynamic Collections team! As an Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for handling calls on any past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, to include third-party servicing and collecting, via phone and mail.

The position will emphasize the handling/collecting calls, while following all State and Federal Laws, assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contracts, and perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management.
  • Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators.
  • Legally, ethically and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received.
  • Maintain detailed and organized support documentation related to the handling of any owner account. Request skip tracing
  • Assist all members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required!

Qualifications

To fulfill this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School/GED
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Must meet federal and state licensure requirements.
  • Flexible Schedule Mon-Sat from 8am to 11pm

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • More than 6 months collections experience or related area (Customer Services or Sales)
  • Skip tracing experience
  • Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience
