Job Purpose

The Busy Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport is seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent for their beautiful hotel. The primary purpose of the Guest Service Agent is to greet and serve guests in a professional, gracious manner. Register guests; provide prompt and courteous service to the guest throughout their stay, resolve guest problems, close guest accounts upon check out and offer fond farewell to guests. We are looking to fill for both Part-time & Full-time schedules. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy.
• Process payments and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
