Piatt Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to service their portfolio of hotels in the Pittsburgh region. This position will travel locally from location to location on a regular basis. As needed, the position may be assigned specifically to one of our locations for a length of time. As a Commercial HVAC Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC systems and commercial appliances within the hotel premises. Your primary goal is to promptly address and resolve any issues related to HVAC systems, kitchen and laundry appliances, and other hotel equipment to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and laundry machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic components to identify and resolve issues.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Provide support on projects across portfolio 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• HVAC certification
• Experience in appliance repair
• HVAC equipment operation experience in hotel or multi-unit properties is a bonus but not required
• Must have valid drivers license
• Basic computer skills in Outlook and excel
