Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Handle reservations and manage room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits to verify guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software is desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
