WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
Your full-time schedule will typically be Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. However, please note that this position requires availability on weekends and holidays when events are scheduled!
Your attention to detail will ensure flawless execution of events, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. From managing administrative tasks to coordinating appointments and travel arrangements, your contributions will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOTEL SALES ADMIN
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Food and beverage experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication skills
