WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

Your full-time schedule will typically be Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. However, please note that this position requires availability on weekends and holidays when events are scheduled!

As a Hotel Sales Admin, you'll collaborate closely with our Director of Sales to set up, tear down, and book business related to our meeting space. Your attention to detail will ensure flawless execution of events, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. From managing administrative tasks to coordinating appointments and travel arrangements, your contributions will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOTEL SALES ADMIN

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Food and beverage experience
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communication skills
