As a Hotel Sales Rep - Event Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, supporting our efforts to provide exceptional experiences to our guests.
From setting up and tearing down meeting spaces to coordinating with our Director of Sales on strategy meetings, your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure seamless operations.
You'll manage administrative tasks with ease, keeping our sales efforts on track and our clients satisfied. Your dedication and enthusiasm will contribute to our success as we strive to exceed expectations at every turn!
All that we need from you is the following :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Food and beverage experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication skills
