Job Summary:

• Oversees daily operations of branch, including teller services, new accounts and client services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the daily operations of the Glenrock Branch
• Meet with customers and potential customers on any credit needs
• Develop profitable client base for consumer lending, underwrite and complete consumer loans
• Supervise branch staff ensuring customer service standards are consistently met
• Provides training, scheduling, and performance feedback. Interviews applicants for staff positions and offers selection recommendations
• Ensures product & service promotions and cross-selling are ongoing, as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online & mobile banking products, trust, payroll services, and other bank products
• Maintain and develop strong community and client business relationships
• Support and enhance employee development, client satisfaction, and growth in customer base for branch
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5 Years related Bank and supervisory/management experience and training (Teller, Consumer Lending, Operations, New Accounts)
• Strong knowledge of Bank products, services and policies
• Training and demonstrated skills in customer service and effective communication
