Working with children infants through Pre-K age. Different shifts available, both full and part time, between 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities :

• Follow the lead of the classroom teacher to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment

Requirements :

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
