Job Summary:

As a Staffing Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring our company's labor needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include designing work shift schedules, implementing sustainable staffing strategies, collaborating with recruiting agencies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize work shift schedules to meet staffing requirements.
  • Develop and execute sustainable staffing strategies.
  • Collaborate with recruiting agencies to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Identify and address challenging staffing positions proactively.
  • Assist in candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Participate in new employee orientation and training.
  • Evaluate new staff and assist with performance evaluations.
  • Provide support for payroll procedures and activities.
  • Create and present comprehensive reports for upper management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with staffing trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Physical and Communication Requirements:

  • Regularly engages in interpersonal communication.
  • Speaks to individuals and addresses small groups.
  • Reads printed and handwritten materials.
  • Works with a computer display.
  • Ability to efficiently manage people and resources.
