Hill International is seeking a Scheduler in Jacksonville, Florida

• Developed work breakdown structure and developed scheduling templates and reports
• Assists staff in preparing the scope, schedule, and budget for projects integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling, including resource & cost loading
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule
• Apply project funding types and/or applicable standardized templates for creating the project CPM Baseline Schedule
• Follow Earned Value Management guidelines and perform Critical Path and Earned Value Management analysis on all resource loaded schedules
• Brief project delivery team, project review boards, and/or management on basic project elements, such as schedule, budget, and/or scope
• Learn to apply regulations and/or policies to assist Project Managers make schedule decisions related to project execution, and/or resolve workload management issues with middle and/or senior management
• Prepares project initiation documentation in an automated information system, such as Primavera P6 using the scope, schedule, and budget data collected
• With limited supervision, determine project funding types and/or applicable standardized templates for creating the project
• Reviews and applies regulations and/or policies to assist the Project Managers make schedule decisions related to project execution, and/or resolve workload management issues with middle and/or senior management
• Review and issues findings and recommendation to the Design Team and General Contractor project schedules
• Assist the Project Team in evaluating and monitoring the Contractors progress schedule as well as consulting and troubleshooting issues throughout the construction of the project
• Resolve complex production bottlenecks that threaten schedule, cost or quality performance and assist in effecting corrective actions/resolutions.
• Provided in-depth schedule analysis and corrective action recommendations to the program manager

• Must have a minimum of 5-10 years' scheduling experience
• BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building/Construction Management is preferred
• Strong background using Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Must have an in depth knowledge of construction practices and sequencing
• Proficiency developing detailed resource loaded design and construction schedules, and preparing progress/status reports and performance of earned value analysis
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills
