HILL COLLEGE is Hiring a Manager, Institutional Effectiveness Near Cleburne, TX

Job Summary: Manage efforts designed to provide mission critical information to internal and external constituents, including but not limited to institutional effectiveness processes, SACSCOC documentation and reporting, course and program level reporting, ad hoc requests and surveys, data training and dissemination.

Minimum Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in higher education, quantitative social science, statistics, or a related field with an emphasis on data analysis, research, and/or evaluation from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum Required Experience:

  • Three or more years’ experience in research, development of data sets, statistical analysis, narrative and statistical reporting, and/or database management.
  • Prefer: Work experience in higher education.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages institutional effectiveness calendar deadlines in regards to processes concerning program review, committee oversight, strategic planning, Administrative Units, QEP and other IE activities.
  • Maintain planning tools, documents and tracking for strategic planning, administrative unit outcomes, program review, IE Committee, Perkins and other college initiatives.
  • Manage coordination of the student experience for the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) “Focus on Financial Fitness” at the college.
  • Maintain documentation regarding IE processes for SACSCOC and other oversight agencies.
  • Provides technical assistance and training on various Institutional Effectiveness projects.
  • Maintains website and TEAMS content for IE related information and other departmental information.
  • Manage survey development, execution, and result presentations for the college’s student engagement, student financial wellness, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Develop, evaluate, analyze and report results of quantitative surveys conducted through the department.
  • Monitor grant related programs to ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and regulations of governing agencies and organizations.
  • Preparation of state, federal, and internal institutional reports as needed.
  • Generate data for ad hoc requests utilizing Jenzabar One’s Infomaker, THECB data, and/or other related sources.
  • Responds to internal and external requests for institutional data in a timely and accurate manner. Meets the needs for ad hoc data requests as needed.
  • Design reports using clear language, graphs and charts to be used for data driven decisions at the college.
