Job Title: Experienced/Certified Service Technician
Job Summary:
Hiley Mazda of Burleson is seeking an experienced and certified Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Burleson, Texas. As an individual contributor, the Service Technician is responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of their vehicles.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on customer vehicles
• Follow manufacturer's guidelines and standard operating procedures for all repairs and maintenance
• Document all services and repairs accurately and promptly in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle needs and repair timelines
• Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Technician in the automotive industry
• ASE certification(s) is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to continue learning and stay updated on new automotive technologies and procedures
