Buddy Hilbish founded the dealership in Kannapolis, NC in 1954, which is currently the longest continually serving Ford dealer in North Carolina. Hilbish Ford sponsors many programs in the Cabarrus County community. One sponsorship is the Outstanding Teacher of the Month Award for Kannapolis City and Cabarrus County Schools. Each month, our dealership awards a teacher from each school system with a plaque and cash gift. Hilbish also ...sponsors community events, such as the Kannapolis Cruise-In, Union Street Live, Kannapolis Christmas as well as many other programs throughout the year. Hilbish Ford's General Manager, Tim Vaughn, is also very active in the Cabarrus County community. He currently serves as the Board Chair for the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Rotary Club of Cabarrus County. He is constantly involved with community programs that connect and advocate for businesses and non-profits in the county.
