Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
  • Guide customers through the full sales process—from introduction and test drives to financing and final delivery
  • Negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Stay knowledgeable about Hilbish Ford’s inventory, including vehicle features, technology, and current promotions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven with the ability to consistently achieve performance targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing customer records and sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
