- Sell automotive parts to retail customers and internal service personnel.
- Accurately identify required parts using catalogs, software, and manufacturer resources.
- Answer incoming calls, provide pricing information, and process customer orders.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishment to support business needs.
- Maintain records related to sales, special orders, invoices, returns, and inventory transactions.
- Uphold dealership standards for customer service, workplace safety, and department organization.
- Collaborate with service, sales, and management teams to support efficient dealership operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have a good understanding of vehicle parts and their functions.
- Should possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in parts sales or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Possess a willingness to adapt to changes in warehouse processes and procedures
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
