Automotive Sales Floor Manager Compensation and Benefits:

- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team's performance
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards
- All other duties assigned
- Experience in automotive sales, with a successful track record in sales management preferred
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
