The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Receptionist to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Kokomo, IN. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Manage phone system- answer & transfer calls.
• Answer billing questions and take payments.
• Maintain and organize front office. Order and manage supplies when needed.
• Process mail and manage the agency email box.
• Run agency reports and distribute to agents.
• Other front office related projects assigned by management.
• Contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Punctual, Reliable and Organized
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Ability to work with team members in department and agency
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task and take direction
