This position offersa fully Remote work set-up and offers a competitive salary and benefits. Here,you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assisting in the preparation and review of income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 for multiples under the supervision of the Tax Director and Tax Partner.
• Knowledgeable in Tax accounting and tax compliance rules along with preparing the quarterly and yearly tax provision and tax returns
• Preparing the stand-alone and consolidated federal and state "C-Corp" income tax using a tax return software
• Managing multiple engagements which include consulting, compliance and tax planning services.
• Assisting with planning and performing tax research on various federal, state, and international tax issues and prepare tax memorandum.
• Mentoring Junior team members and establishing relationships with the internal and external tax personnel.

Requirements:

• Relevant College Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, etc.)
• Must have a CPA license
• MST license is preferred
• At least 7 years working in corporate and/or Big 4 Public Accounting
• Must be willing to travel to client sites in local areas
